1. REFOCUS TOWARDS AGRICULTURE to ensure FOOD PRODUCTION AND SECURITY

• Programang panginabuhian (livelihood) base sa agricultura sama sa aquatic and livestock production; Mga programang magpalambo pinaagi sa pagpundar sa mga agri-product buying stations, agri-infrastructures, agri-machineries, equipment and tools.

1. RE-INVENTING AND IMPROVING LOCAL GOVERNANCE

• Programang mag-hatag gahum – pagdumala sa piling kalihokang pang-goberno ngadto sa pribadong sector, kay sila kaabag sa pag-uswag.

1. EMPLOYMENT AND CAPITAL INVESTMENTS

• Programang mag ugmad sa Tourist Attractions ug Industrial Sites in Southern Leyte pinaagi sa local ug foreign investors.

1. SCHOLARSHIPS AND SKILLS DEVELOPMENT FOR THE YOUTH AND OUT- OF- SCHOOL YOUTH.

1. ESTABLISHMENT of Provincial Service Offices in the Second District of Southern Leyte

Qualifications:

1. • Doctor of Public Administration ( units earned) U.P. Diliman
   • Masters Degree in Public Administration
   • Master in Business Administration (units earned)
   • Bachelor Degree in Law and laws, MLQU
   • Bachelor Degree in Business Management, U.P.
